Bruce D. Ervin, M.DIV, M.A., Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, (MN Lic. #1114; CA Lic. #32094)

With over 30 years of professional experience, Bruce brings a compassionate and seasoned presence to his work. He has been honored to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and discover new ways of healing and growth. His work is grounded in the belief that every person has an innate capacity for resilience and transformation, even in seasons of deep struggle.

Bruce is experienced in helping clients with a variety of concerns related to anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, addiction, grief and loss, life and career transitions, men’s issues, and spirituality. His approach is warm, collaborative, and practical—helping clients uncover patterns, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. His background in psychotherapy, teaching, and spiritual care continues to shape how he engages with clients—with respect, curiosity, and compassion.

Outside the therapy room, Bruce enjoys time with his wife, Lisa, their daughter, Hannah, and their pets—two cats, Hope and Tovi, and their little dog, Ellie—along with family and friends. He also enjoys fitness training, reading, watching sports, and attending musical theatre.
