Clinical Supervision

We offer clinical supervision for individuals working toward licensure in marriage and family therapy (LMFT) and professional clinical counseling (LPCC).

Bruce is approved by the Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy to provide LMFT supervision.

Lisa is approved by the same board for LMFT licensure, as well as by the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy for LPCC licensure. She is also an AAMFT-Approved Supervisor through the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

We primarily offer supervision to therapists within our practice, who work with us as independent contractors. This model allows us to foster strong, ongoing supervisory relationships built on trust, mutual respect, and shared growth. We believe this continuity provides the richest foundation for mentorship and support during a therapist’s professional formation.

Our approach to supervision is grounded in the same philosophy that shapes our therapy: relational, reflective, and collaborative. We occasionally offer supervision to therapists outside our practice—particularly those interested in building a practice aligned with our values and structure.

Supervision Fees:  $100 per hour for individual, $50 per hour for a dyad.
