Therapy for Spiritual Concerns
Many people come to therapy with questions or wounds related to faith, spirituality, or religion. Some feel disillusioned or disoriented in their spiritual lives. Others are seeking to reclaim a sense of meaning after adverse religious experiences. Some want to deepen their spirituality or explore new paths. Others have no faith background at all.
At our practice, we offer a safe, respectful space to explore these concerns—where your beliefs, questions, and doubts are met with openness, not an agenda. Our approach to spiritual concerns is client-centered and integrative. We draw from both clinical training and, when helpful to you, our backgrounds in Christian spirituality, pastoral care, and spiritual direction.
We welcome people from all faith traditions or no faith background at all. We welcome those who identify as spiritual but not religious, those who are deconstructing or reconstructing their faith, and those who are simply exploring what matters most to them. We also affirm and support people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, religious traditions and cultural backgrounds.
