Our Practice

Who We Are

We are a husband-and-wife team who opened our practice in 2005 with a shared commitment to providing therapy that is both deeply human and clinically sound. Our work is grounded in warmth, professionalism, and a deep respect for the complexity of the human experience. We bring our full presence to each session—offering not just expertise, but empathy, humility, and care.

How We Work

We believe therapy is most effective when it grows from a strong, trusting relationship. Our approach is relational, client-centered, and rooted in curiosity, deep listening, and collaboration. Whether you’re facing personal struggles, relational strain, or broader societal stress, we aim to create a space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

We also recognize that therapy can touch on questions of meaning, identity, and spirituality. We welcome people from all faith traditions or no faith background at all—including those deconstructing or rebuilding their beliefs. Our role is not to lead with an agenda, but to hold space for your questions, doubts, and longings.

What We Value

At the heart of our work is a commitment to inclusivity, integrity, and genuine human connection. We strive to offer therapy that feels safe and spacious—especially in a world that often feels polarized and overwhelming.

We welcome individuals of all sexual orientations, gender identities, cultural backgrounds, and belief systems. Whoever you are, and wherever you find yourself, we hope our practice can be a place of rest, reflection, and healing.”
