Drawing on comprehensive clinical training and a passion for relational healing, Kate partners with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Her work is grounded in attachment theory and a systemic lens, helping clients deepen self-understanding, build secure connections, and move toward meaningful change. Kate is also certified to provide Prepare/Enrich premarital counseling.
