From Lisa: “I’ve experienced firsthand the power of psychotherapy. I know what it’s like to sit on someone else’s couch and open up your life—honestly, vulnerably, and sometimes uncertainly. While the work can be challenging, I also know the deep and lasting impact of being truly seen, heard, and gently supported (and, at times, lovingly challenged). It’s a profound privilege to now offer that same care to others.”
